65% whole bunch, remainder crushed and destemmed. Three weeks on skins with pump overs. 18 months' maturation in new and freshly seasoned French oak barriques.

Deep and dark forest and orchard fruits with intense spices and savoury herbaceous notes.

The palate is greeted by a burst of concentrated dark fruit flavours, rich and round with loads of black fruits, supported by firm tannins and a well-balanced acidity.

The finish is long and satisfying, with lingering hints of spice and a touch of oak from careful barrel aging.
