A sapid, cool and tangy red fruit, etched with subtle tannins and pusling acidity. The sweetness is detecable whilst being subtle. This wine produces an orange rind, stewed cherries, spice and a kind of sweet woodsmoke/stem character. The tannin rolls assertively through the wine, but not overpowering. A must try wine with a vibrant taste complex.
