This premium cool climate Pinot Noir has an aromatic nose of dark cherry, spiced plum and a hint of cocoa. The lithe palate shows impressive intensity, black cherries joined spiced red cherries and subtle cooking spices.
Boasting a sophisticated nose of dark cherry, plum red spices, the palate is intense with black and red cherries and raspberry flavour. Finishing long with nice subtle tannin, this is a Pinot Noir that should drink beautifully over the next 5 to 10 years.

With excellent tannins and a long finish, this wine would suit a wide range of foods, such as wallaby fillets with mushroom XO sauce or washed rind cheeses.
