From the beautiful Piccadilly this Pinot Noir has developed a personality unlike any I have made before. He is energetic and vibrant. All the layers which come from the portion which is fermented carbonic maceration style, have come to the fore. A shy guy at first, he has taken a few weeks to really open up. Now he has arrived and he is beautiful.
