The Two Degrees Pinot Noir 2022 vintage continues in the previous gold medal style with wonderfully vibrant aromatics of bramble, dark cherry and ripe plum, hints of wild thyme, full flavoured, savoury, succulent and long and lasting through the palate.

It is an excellent example of how individual and sophisticated the Queensberry subregion of Central Otago has become. 

For the technical the vintage was hand harvested, traditionally fermented in open topped tanks, hand plunged, indigenous yeasts with a portion of whole bunch included in each fermenter.

Three weeks on skins for tannin development prior to gentle pressing.

Maturation in French barriques (30% new) for 11 months before minimal filtration, fining and bottling.
