Tasting Notes:

Deep red in colour.

The nose shows delicate red fruit aromas, dusty oak and the ethereal pinot perfume and black cherry, prune & forest floor aromas

The palate has sweet upfront fruit but finishes dry and savoury showing its tight structure - luscious & velvety, with sweet plummy fruit disguising the considerable fine tannins that give great length to this classic Pinot.

We are not sure why this fantastic Pinot Noir flies under the radar - it is outstanding!

NB: This wine has developed a harmless deposit of tartrate crystals. In some instances these have aggregated and formed floccules. These will quickly settle to the bottom of the bottle….just pour the last glass carefully!
