Nocton Vineyard Pinot Noir is a classic Tasmanian pinot noir. Youthful fruit and a hint of vanilla on the nose lead into a luscious palate that's teeming with fresh flavour.

This is classic Coal Valley Pinot Noir.

While the majority of this vintage was cool-tank fermented to preserve its bright and youthful fruit flavours, 15% was matured in old wood, enhancing the wine's savoury notes.
