Appearance:

Deep/dark plum

Nose:

Fragrant fresh blackberry and blackcurrant, with wild herb, spice and violet tones

Palate:

Opulent and voluptuous from the outset.  It has power and elegance at the same time.  Ripe dark  berries and plum with a balancing spicy savoury grip on the finish.

Finish:

Medium to full bodied, dry and savoury with tannins and new oak spice
