A wild barrel ferment has resulted in a very restrained, inviting aroma of lime and fig with a subtle nutty character. The flavour profile continues this theme, and the 2021 version of South Block is one of great balance and harmony.

Specific Sites at TarraWarra have been selected for newer varieties on the property, in a response to our changing climate. With careful selection of clones, these wines are now recognised as classic, cool climate expressions of these varieties.
