Sandhi’s benchmark Chardonnay, 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from old vines in 6 different vineyards (Domaine de la Cote Estate, Bien Nacido, Phelan Farm, Spanish Springs, Talley Vineyards, McIntyre Vineyard) across Central Coast. Practicing organic. Fermented in stainless steel and neutral French oak barrel, with 100% malolactic fermentation, and aged in neutral barriques and larger oak puncheon before release. 4,400 cases were produced.
