Good winter rains and a mild summer led to a late vintage with light bunches of excellent quality. Grown at the Garden Block in Piccadilly and Bowyer Ridge in Lobethal. Hand picked on the 30th and 19th March respectively, part whole bunch pressed, part destemmed and pressed. Wild fermented in French oak puncheons (35% new, Damy) and matured for eleven months on lees.
