Nose & Palate: Ripe lemon, white peach and conference pear rise first, followed by crushed oyster shell and a faint smoky reduction. There’s a gentle sheen of nougat and toasted hazelnut from oak, neatly absorbed by the fruit. The palate is supple and layered, with citrus oil and stone fruit wrapped around a chalky core. Acidity is bright but seamless, carrying notes of preserved lemon and almond through a long, saline finish.
