Tasting Notes:

100% Chardonnay

This wine possesses a brilliant golden color in appearance.

The nose is fresh and floral with citrus notes.

In the mouth, the wine is soft and round with a great length. The final is crisp and very pleasant with a citrusy touch.

Vinification:

The alcoholic fermentation takes place in cement and stainless steel tanks.

The temperature is controlled and lays at 16°C to preserve the fruity character of the wine.

The malolactic fermentation is completed on this vintage.

The wine is bottled after a light filtering.

Sommelier's Advice:

As an aperitif, it should be served chilled, at 8° to 11°C - goes very well with seafood, grilled fish or goat cheese and best drunk within the next 3 - 4 years.
