An aperitif style of wine made by arresting the semillon ferment at a Beaume of 9 with pure alcohol. The wine is aged for 12 months in old oak & bottled as a vintage style. A complex wine best served chilled. At 18% alcohol it is a great party starter.

The Tokaji Oremus Aszú 3 Puttonyos 2016 is a sweet wine produced in the Tokaj wine region of Hungary. It is made from the Furmint, Hárslevelű and Yellow Muscat grapes, which are infected with noble rot and then aged in oak barrels. The term "puttonyos" refers to the amount of botrytised grapes used in the production process, with a higher number indicating a sweeter wine.
