The St Joseph Le Lombard is a wine that has a complex nose that blends subtle fruitiness of Marsanne grapes with the toasted and roasted notes of ageing. Highly expressive on the palate, marrying a rich and rounded feel with just the right measure of freshness.

The Cote-Rotie Bassenon has flowers, green olives, ripe red, crisp fruits and thyme aromas stand out here. The wine has lift, freshness and finishes with elegantly textured red plums and black pepper.

An exuberant nose with typical Viognier aromas of extremely ripe peaches and apricots, and violet notes. On the palate: balanced, rounded and fresh, with a long fruity finish.

The Cote Rote Madinere is a lush wine full of ripe fruits and spice aromas, it is rounded and velvety on the palate. The tannins are highlighted by the fresh finish. 

Pleasant nose with fruity and flattering aromas (peach, apricot). Rhubarb and floral notes. Delicious on the palate, well balanced between sweetness and freshness. Suggested food pairing: fish.

The Côte Brune vineyards of Les Roziers and Les Rochains, near to La Landonne itself, provide the fruit for this perennial favourite. The wine is dark and tight, with intense aromas of thyme, licorice and smoked meat. The complexity continues onto the palate and underwrites ageing potential. Yves is particularly pleased with the tannic structure in 2010, which he compares to the under-rated 2006; very fine in other words, but more than a match for the greater levels of concentration achieved his year.
