An aperitif style of wine made by arresting the semillon ferment at a Beaume of 9 with pure alcohol. The wine is aged for 12 months in old oak & bottled as a vintage style. A complex wine best served chilled. At 18% alcohol it is a great party starter.

Bright and easy drinking, with juicy stone fruit, a touch of citrus and a clean, off-dry finish.

Honey nose, creamy froth with delicate notes of white flowers and dried fruits. Clear and festive attack thanks to the fine bubbles charming your palate. A fruity balance very delicate.
