The 53% ABV Kweichow Moutai Flying Fairy presents a complex and aromatic nose, rich with layers of fermented grains, floral notes, soy sauce, and a hint of nuttiness. On the palate, it is bold and structured, featuring umami richness, hints of tropical fruit, and a lingering sweetness balanced by earthy undertones. The finish is exceptionally long, warm, and smooth, with a deep and evolving character.
