Dandelion Vineyards Twilight of the Adelaide Hills Chardonnay 2022 is a well-balanced and elegant wine with a delicate, pale straw color. On the nose, it offers aromas of white peach, nectarine, and a subtle hint of oak that provide a sense of depth and complexity. The palate is smooth and creamy, with flavors of white peach and pear balanced by subtle notes of vanilla and a touch of spice.

The nose of the wine is bright and lively, with intense aromas of citrus, passionfruit, and green apple, along with hints of grass and herbs. On the palate, the wine is juicy and fresh, with flavors of grapefruit, lime, and tropical fruit, complemented by a lively acidity and a long, crisp finish.

 On the nose, this Riesling has an intense bouquet of citrus and floral notes, including lemon, lime, grapefruit, and jasmine. Pale pink and pale bronze but yet bright and lively. Grenache rosé in excelsius: bright red summer berries, musk, Turkish Delight, rose water, lavender, confectionary, fresh plums and a floral abundance. Aromatically alluring and unavoidable. Clean and further bright and uplifting. A side-hustle of grip and texture, but this quality - whilst essential to the overall balance - is very much off-RADAR. A water-like weight and quality, but then the acidity kicks in, drawing out this pink wine to a long finish. To drink is to walk through Spring’s own personal, private flower garden. It tastes so beguilingly simple, but rewards with myriad flavours if sipped slowly.

Dark, delving, deep, bright and black voluminous purple. Freshly shaved dark and bitter chocolate and also dark liqueur chocolate aromas; then from the field come laurel leaves, sage still soft not hard, lemon thyme, aniseed, fresh black pepper, and raspberries and blueberries just coated by a morning rain shower. Tension. Bright berry and plum fruits and freshness and clean acidity that combine to compel the driving-bell depth of fruit to sit upright and well-postured. This fruit flavour is at once both ripe and savoury, giving and yet formal. These flavours combine lock-and-step with the fluffy tannins to make for a mouth-coating, charismatic glass of red wine. It finishes dry and clean with the berry and plum fruit flavours intertwined with rolling tannins.

Crisp and refreshing, bursting with citrus and a flinty minerality. Delicious!

The palate is creamy and textured with intense ruby red grapefruit acidity driving all through the wine - it's delicate and weighty at the same time.

This Pinot is beautiful and an absolute pleasure to drink now, but will reward cellaring also.  Complex aromas of roasted chicory and chinese five spice, and a palate that is round and lush with cherry cola and red berry flavours.
