A limited edition sparkling white wine that is delightfully refreshing and refined, featuring aromas of ripe peaches, melons and toast with a gentle sweetness.

This dessert style wine has been made from fruit from our Pemberton 'Old Vasse' Vineyard, hence its name. Flavours of apricot and lychee, with hints of ginger, highlight a full palate rich with exotic fruits, creating a lingering taste sensation that will bring you back for more!

Aromas of red fruits and spice, with earthy notes and a long, elegant finish. 

The Bastide Saint Dominique Châteauneuf-du-Pape Les Hesperides is a unique wine. It has the scent of cinnamon and some herbs that anticipates a complex palate with concentrated flavours.

This wine includes only the freshest of grapes from Southern Rhône: Grenache and Mourvedre, which provide texture and the flavour of sweet fruit. It also has a average level of oak aging and acidity.
