Clean citrus characters of lemon and lime are emphasised by the grapes’ acidity, followed by grassy herbal notes of native sage and a sweet floral finish of honey and passionfruit.

An extended and exciting period of research led to the selection of 9 ingredients (hence the name of G 1&9): juniper berries, sweet orange peel, coriander, Jamaican chili pepper, angelica, cardamom… and thus an authentic and unique Gin of distinction was created.
