One of the finer of our provence rose wines - and one of our more popular!
Delicate. Elegant. Tasty.
A classic Provence Rosé, that is elegant and lively in the mouth, with mineral refinement alongside peach and hawthorn notes.
Deep salmon/orange-pink. Soft red fruit, peach and quince notes with an underlying subtle spice note in the background. Confirmation of the aromas with further soft red fruit flavour, as well as stone fruits which compliments the wine's refreshing and youthful acidity. Ideal as an aperitif or with Mediterranean salads, fish and charcuterie.
Absolutely top of it's game - a premium Rose from Provence!
This exceptional cuvée is extremely limited and a must try for all French rose wine lovers.
Brilliant and delicate flavours balanced with a long finish and a complex structure unlike many rose wines.
The 2021/2022 growing season commenced with good spring rains, giving way to a temperate summer. Mild, cool conditions through to harvest yielded beautifully clean, vibrant, and juicy Sangiovese grapes. The wine is fresh on the nose with aromas of mandarin, cherry, rose-water and spice. The palate is crisp, with moreish midpalate texture and mouth-watering acidity. Great for seasonal drinking with antipasti!
Bright red and blue fruits together with fragrant, sweet spice notes are the prelude to this dry, savoury wine.
The supple texture is aided by time on lees, lending additional layers and finesse to the delicious, chalky mid palate.
Soft, yet present acidity gives delineation, line and length through to the dry finish.
Aromas of strawberry and rose petal lead to a dry, refreshing palate with bright acidity and a saline finish.
Dandelion Vineyards Fairytale of the Barossa Rosé 2022 is a delightful and refreshing rosé wine from the Barossa Valley in South Australia. Made from a blend of Grenache, Shiraz, and Mataro grapes, this vintage has a beautiful pale pink color with aromas of wild strawberries, red cherries, and a hint of floral notes. On the palate, it is crisp and lively, with flavors of ripe berries and a subtle hint of citrus, finishing with a pleasant acidity that makes it perfect for summer sipping.
Pale pink and pale bronze but yet bright and lively. Grenache rosé in excelsius: bright red summer berries, musk, Turkish Delight, rose water, lavender, confectionary, fresh plums and a floral abundance. Aromatically alluring and unavoidable. Clean and further bright and uplifting. A side-hustle of grip and texture, but this quality - whilst essential to the overall balance - is very much off-RADAR. A water-like weight and quality, but then the acidity kicks in, drawing out this pink wine to a long finish. To drink is to walk through Spring’s own personal, private flower garden. It tastes so beguilingly simple, but rewards with myriad flavours if sipped slowly.
