'Occitan' is Bordiga's London Dry Gin, which they have made continuously since 1900 – Italy's oldest known gin recipe.

It has a classic juniper lift, with a fragrant and quite perfumed nose that's accented with distinct orange and lemon rind notes.

A great mixing gin, but also one with the detail and finesse to justify a martini.

From the oldest Gin producer in Italy - this aperitivo has complex and bitter edged savouriness avoiding bloyingly sweet tones with a bit of punch at 16% alc/vol.

Wonderful flavours of orange, rhubarb and wild herbs.

Bordiga Bitter Rosso has an intense nose of bitter orange, wild herbs and gentian, suggesting a more famous analogue but with much more serious drive and concentration.

On the palate, there is a classic tussle, with a wild twist to the palate that disciplines the sweet core down a distinct line of bitter refreshment.

This makes for a bracing and complex Negroni, or serve it over ice with orange and a dash of soda.

From the producer of Italy's oldest gin - Bordiga Bitter Verde is the green herbal foil to the citrus-tinged Bitter Rosso, with lifted, herbaceous notes of alpine botanicals, wild mint and genepy on the nose, with a sweetly bitter balance across the palate that takes well to ice and a splash of soda.

The primary botanicals are arnica, genepy, aniseed, eucalyptus and mint.

Bold and fizzy, with sharp citrus and a clean vodka kick. Dry finish, plenty of punch at 6%.

Bright red berry flavours over clean vodka and fizzy soda. Crisp, easy drinking and not too sweet.

This is perhaps one of the world's best Gin's to be used in making incredible martini's - so we just had to have it!
