This dry Amontillado acquires a genuine, rich and nutty flavour through years of ageing. Amber in colour, with hazelnut aromas on the nose. Light, soft and round on the palate, with a long aftertaste.
Ebony in colour with iodine highlights. The aromas are reminiscent of figs and raisins on the nose. Enormously sweet, velvety and soft on the palate, well balanced, with a very long finish.
Bright amber colour with golden hints. This complex Amontillado shows intense smoky woods, and nutty aromas, resulting from years of ageing in the bodegas of Jerez. Dry and elegant on the palate, with a long spicy aftertaste.

"I think" Manzanilla En Rama is, besides a humble homage to Charles Darwin as a symbol of the triumph of reason, a true and untamed manzanilla. Bottled after barely the slightest filtration process, it retains the intense golden color and pungent character it exhibits straight from the butts where it ages under flor for about four and a half years.
