This wine is a complex mix of aromas layered with orange peel, ripe apricots, honey and pot-puri. An unctuous palate, the wine exhibits fresh, ripe citrus flavours layered with floral notes and ginger. Although the sweetness is apparent, the acidity allows the palate to finish clean and crisp

The palate reveals a wine of subtle power, showing an array of dark fruits, cacao bean, orange zest, star anise, and hints of black pepper. The palate is driven, beautifully layered and finishes with bright energetic acidity.

Broad powerful array of ripe orchard fruits, combined with elder flower and grilled cashews - weight is finely balanced with crisp, citrus acidity.

An average of 20% whole-bunch across multiple parcels. Some wines racked early, while others remain on lees until the last minute. After blending, there's a further month of maturation on light lees in reorganised oak before racking and bottling in-house, with no filtration.
