Medium rich, full body, complex and dried fruits.

Verdelho is off dry to lightly sweet. Wine Spectator: 91 points outstanding. "Serious stuff. Despite a slightly singed nose, it exhibits complex flavors of honey, smoke, pears and wet pine needles. Rich, with an underlying, tangy vibrancy that follows through to the long, walnut and salty finish. A wine for meditation.
As for the 10YO, this is a striking, off-dry wine that can be served as an aperitif, with tapas type dishes or seafood. Also excellent with consommés or soups. Verdelho has a medium body and racy acidity.
