The Riesling Auslese F Series has very pure bush honey flavours supported by fine acidity. SS fermented. Strong aspirin minerality. Very concentrated and quite complex wine with some stone fruit/apricot/nectarine hints.

Framingham Riesling Spatlese F Series is hand-picked, no botrytis, picked at 22 Brix with good acidity, 35% fermented in an old barrels. 500 bottles made. Pure, luscious late harvest Riesling. Lemon curd, lime zest, chalky minerality all supported by lovely knife-edged acidity. Delicious wine with obvious potential although very accessible now.
