A project that’s been 10 months in the making, this gin has taken it’s time to mature and allow full flavour to develop.

Økar Mocha is a velvet, luscious liqueuer with a wild and untamesd Australian heart made from coffee, chocolate & wattleseed.

Aromas of dark cherry and plum with earthy notes. The palate is elegant with fine tannins and a long finish.
