Fair winter rains were punctuated by a rare hailstorm in October, reducing yields. Handpicked from Stonewell Road, Smyth Road and Flaxman’s Valley. 88% destemmed, 12% whole bunch, wild fermented, pressed to French oak (36% new, Saury, Vicard, Saint Martin), matured for 20 months in barrel. 4320 bottles produced.

An outstanding Yellow Muscat from Michael Wenzel, one of the best producers in the Ruster Ausbruch region.
One of the best Moscato we have enjoyed!
On the palate this wine is clean, light and delicate, backed by an excellent, refreshing acidity.

An unwooded chardonnay that is refreshing and crisp, with a full rounded palate with stone fruits and then finishing with minerality and complexity
Green pea and kiwi fruit on the palate to start and lovely acidity and crunch to make the finish clean and savoury
Fresh complex fruit which is shows a lingering and well balance mouth feel, but well balanced with a dry finish.
