Nascetta is an autochthonous Langa white grape that was forgotten at the end of the 19th century and rediscovered about 10 years ago.

Ellena Giuseppe Nascetta is a medium bodied refreshing, textural dry white wine with aromas of wild flowers and citrus - refreshing with a mineral length.

Nose of black berry liqueur confiture and prune, cherry candy, pot pourri, fruit leather, Charcuterie and Gingernut. The palate holds fruit and savoury notes of beetroot, mixed red and black fruits, grilled meat, forest floor, cola, cocoa and spicy oak. The palate is really rich, plump and soft. the acid and ripe tannin are broad-chested here and show that this wine is ready to drink but has years and years to go .. 10 + yrs

Juicy plum and blackberry flavours dance with a hint of spice. Smooth, vibrant, and satisfying.

The bouquet of this wine has the classic chorus of blueberry, overripe plums, violets, spice, gingerbread and mixed sweet flowers. The palate is soft, plump, creamy and rounded with dominant plums, almost blueberry confection and a note i always notice with every blend i have made – subtle sarsaparilla/cola on the finish with ‘loyal’ but gentle acid, refreshing but balanced that glides on the palate gently til the end like a Sentinel guard on watch …
 
Wine will last 12 years at least. Drink after 1 year for best results.

Nose of red and purple fruit confectionery, plum, cherry, blackberries and even a note of subtle blackcurrant syrup that carry through to the palate with extra notes of plum pudding, dusty cherries, floral pipe tobacco, monte carlo biscuit and fruit leather. This dry Amontillado acquires a genuine, rich and nutty flavour through years of ageing. Amber in colour, with hazelnut aromas on the nose. Light, soft and round on the palate, with a long aftertaste.

Ebony in colour with iodine highlights. The aromas are reminiscent of figs and raisins on the nose. Enormously sweet, velvety and soft on the palate, well balanced, with a very long finish.

Bright amber colour with golden hints. This complex Amontillado shows intense smoky woods, and nutty aromas, resulting from years of ageing in the bodegas of Jerez. Dry and elegant on the palate, with a long spicy aftertaste.
