This is a fresh wine, with the apple, melon and pineapple flavours of the Chardonnay, a tough of mango and ginger from the Viognier and a subtle hint of oak.

Generous ripe citrus and sweet white peach underpinned by lovely tension and acidity with some superfine tannins are a little surprise but adding nicely to the tension.
