An aromatically generous helping of fresh stone fruit and cream leaning back in to a very generous yet structured palate.

Award Winner - pure and fresh lime & citrus zest & green apple - a racy natural acidity and linear minerality giving a long, lingering clean finish.

It has a complex interplay of floral, candied fruit, marzipan, bush honey, vanilla pod and toasted almond characters. It seems to expand on the palate to become unctuous, mouth
filling and luscious, yet a counterfoil of refreshing acidity keeps it perfectly balanced and prevents any cloying. The aromas and flavours linger on the palate long after it is swallowed.

Layered and expressive with summer stone fruits, pear and lemon/lime citrus notes. 

Peregrine Sauvignon Blanc (organic) has fresh lime zest and lemongrass aromatics combine with a dry flinty texture with ripe citrus and herbal notes on the palate.

Peregrine Saddleback Pinot Gris is a dry Pinot Gris with floral, citrus and ginger aromatics and flavours of fresh pear, apricot and stonefruit.

Dry in style with lovely texture and fresh flavours of pear, nectarine and ripe citrus.

Peregrine Riesling is a bright organic riesling with a beautiful balance of delicate minerality and fresh acidity.

Flavours of grapefruit and jasmine with hints of honeysuckle combine with a steely palate and a long mineral-laced finish.
