Oak’s almond and baked bread bouquet sneak in, almost undetected. These cooler fruit flavours carry over, adding the cleansing acidity so suited to the palate’s otherwise more giving stone fruit flavours of peach and apricot; other fruits ping, too: mandarin, melon and rockmelon. The oak regime adds just a hint of creaminess, but a mere knife-point in terms of measurement and weight. The texture is welcoming and appealing, balanced in a cautionary way by the stoic acidity.

White-gold and bright; clear and welcoming. Fruit aromatics of nectarine and apricot kernels and skin. Minerals, mandarin peel, frangipani and fresh lychee straight from the tree; ditto green apples yet to fall from the branch. A swirling perfume that is both enticing yet austere. A front palate of mineral water and freshly fallen rain. The subsequent fruit intensity stretches out an already long palate, with flavours of stone fruit and apple etched by a line of clean and fresh acidity. There’s more mineral and rain water in the finish, where there’s a textural element that provides some breadth, giving dimension to the otherwise acid linearity.

Everything you want from a great Australian Chardonnay - yellow peach and nectarice and subtle oak with a fresh finish. A wine for lovers of the classical style Chardonnay made properly.
A lively palate revealing shimmers of exotic fruit while being led primarily by a pink grapefruit acidity, culminating in a dry finish with hints of lime and subtle vanillin oak.

A delicious wine with rich aromas of toasted almonds with buttery notes.
On the palate, there is great balance between rich, ripe fruit, creamy brioche and complex minerality.
Full-bodied, the palate extends through to a long finish.
Yellow colour with green reflection, lime notes, grapefruit, passion fruit. A gourmet wine, energetic with good persistence.
Note lemon, white peach, yellow fruit. The palate is round and greedy. A specific wine and round.

The fresh and vibrant nose offers floral and white pear aromas, notes of lemon zest and added complexity from touches of fresh cream and nougat. The palate shows excellent poise, clarity and drive with a deep core of fruit heading long into a pithy acid finish. Stone fruit and citrus flavours abound on the gently weighted palate. To be enjoyed now and over the next few years.
