Clear pale primrose. Fine and stylish, with, softly ripe fruit, a little flesh behind, an amplitude that could suggest oak, soft ripe finish

Pale in colour and fresh on the nose, left bank austerity shines through at first, then the main body of the wine is much fleshier behind. Even with, some heat at the finish, but more spice. Good grip though, this has potential to be a grand vin de garde

Domaine Maire & Fils Grand Minéral Côtes du Jura Chardonnay 2021 is a delicious wine with a beautiful balance of acidity and fruitiness.
