Lifted and framed by classic Hilt sea salt and electricity on the finish along with touch of structure that is reminiscent today of an Asian pear.

Aromas of ripe peach, grapefruit marmalade, blossoms and complex yeasty flavours complement the toasty oak in the wine. The palate is clean with a lovely texture and long finish.

This luminous pale yellow Chardonnay with its resplendent green reflexes offers a pleasant aroma of meadow flowers, typical for the variety, reminiscent of exotic fruits. It is slightly tangy, well structured as well as full bodied with a long-lasting finish.

Fresh raspberry, wood spice, vanilla and peanut complexities linger on the finish. An intense, tight, lengthy and exciting wine.
