Absolutely delicious - liquorice & citrus aromas with cinnamon, citrus, chamomile and bitter orange on the palate.

It all started with three gentlemen from Notting Hill who wildly discussed just how good a gin they could make if they placed no practical, fiscal or even geographical limitations on its creation.
The result was one of extensive tasting combined with thorough production knowledge. Eventually they all agreed on recipe number seven.
Plump Galician mussels in a tangy pickled sauce with paprika warmth. Brilliant on toast with a cold beer.
Tiny Galician sardines packed in olive oil. Soft, mild and buttery, with a clean, briny finish. Lovely on toast.
Rich, dark fruit and spice, with velvety tannins and a long, warm finish.
