Designed to enjoy the irresistible sweet fruit of New World Pinot Noir, whilst perfectly balancing the acidity and de-emphasising the alcohol, to create a perfect picture of the wine
Stemless making broken stems are a thing of the past!
A classic Provence rosé with a pale-pink hue tinged with purple, and a bouquet of smoked charcuterie overlying berry fruits: quite complex, and far removed from simple grapy styles.
Understated, subtle, savoury flavours with balance and softness, the finish and aftertaste very dry and appetising.

Aromas of lime and honeysuckle, crisp and elegant with a long, mineral finish.
From the Rising vineyard in St Andrews, a with a mix of clones including 114, 115 and MV6. A light cherry red, this has aromas of red cherry and strawberry fruit, a little white pepper and an earthy nuance. Medium bodied, with a solid core of fruit. Once the tannins (which are quite firm and solid at present) settle down and the wine opens up a little, this will look even better. - Philip Rich (Wine Companion)
