With classic Riesling the Dandelion produces aromatics of citrus zest, lemon foliage and hints of dragon fruit flowers, etched by a clear steely minerality this wine holds the promise of a future, well-cellared bouquet of honey, caraway and rye. 

On the nose, this Riesling displays intense floral and citrus aromas, with notes of lime, lemon, and jasmine. The palate is bright and fresh with flavors of citrus, green apple, and stone fruits, complemented by a slight hint of minerality.
