Charming, full-bodied and elegant…

With just three months in old barriques, this is all fruit – full bodied with rich ripe blackcurrant and bilberry, cassis and chocolate with velvety tannins and good length.

Domaine Morin Langaren Saint Paul Colline is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon with a touch of Merlot.

Intense aromas and flavours of black fruit with delicious hints of fruit brandy, wax and incense - already with a few years on this wine, it is drinking great now!

The palate is fresh but a nice sweetness is present (this is not a sweet wine, just a hint) with notes of ripe small red fruit and strawberry.

This layer of red currant and blackberry flavours balances what is for Moss Wood Cabernet Sauvignon, quite a firm structure, with bright acidity and firm tannin. On the finish there is just a suggestion of toasty oak, tar and leather, giving the wine good length and persistence.
