Red currants, juniper and savoury oak. Light, peppery and floral spice ont he palate followed by a sweet red fruit finish. The perfect Gin all year around.

Super ripe premium shiraz was hand picked at 20° Baumé, cooled for four days and then open fermented.

Fortified with aged brandy spirit to halt fermentation.

Smooth full flavoured wine with rich dark fruit and cassis flavours.
