This wine displays an attractive and intense red ruby colour, clean and bright. Intense and complex aromas of concentrated black fruit. Hints of coffee, black liquorice, truffle and balsamic notes of eucalyptus. Elegant, smooth, tasty, with a strong personality and a very long aftertaste.

It displays a medium layer red cherry colour, clean and bright. On the nose, intense aromas of forest fruits (blackcurrants and blueberries) dominate, well integrated with the hints of oak and the notes of sweet spices. Tasty on the palate, with a pleasant, lively entry. It has a long and persistent finish with nuances of black fruit.

Bright garnet colour. Complex with a wide range of aromas on the nose (tobacco, dry fruits and balsamic notes). Smooth, velvety, enveloping, well structured, with a fruity and aromatic finish. Very good length.

This is a classic style chardonnay but one of the good ones that survived past the 80's!

Juicy and vibrant, bursting with red berries, a touch of spice, and a smooth finish.

Saignee, technically meaning “to bleed game meat or poultry”, refers to the way we ‘bleed’ juice for this wine. We allow the Farr Rising pinot noir fruit to sit in tank for two to three hours before bleeding free-run juice at a suitable colour for rosé production. This process concentrates the pinot ferment, but we also produce a barrel-fermented rosé. Natural barrel fermentation at cool temperatures is followed by full malolacitc fermentation. The wine is then placed in four- and five-year-old barrels for 10 months before being filtered and bottled.

This dry Italian red made from 100% Montepulciano from Abruzzo presents aromas of coffee and dark chocolate. Medium body, medium tannins, fully good. Enjoy with a hearty stew or BBQ.

The 2021 Pavie Macquin presents a vibrant and precise expression of Saint-Émilion, opening with aromas of ripe red cherries, blackberries, and violets, layered with graphite, crushed stone, and subtle spice. The palate is fresh and energetic, with bright acidity lifting the lush red and black fruit. Silky yet structured tannins provide depth, while a mineral backbone adds tension and refinement. The finish is long and elegant, leaving notes of dark chocolate, liquorice, and a hint of floral perfume. A poised and beautifully balanced vintage with a strong sense of terroir.
