The wine has a deep ruby red color and a bouquet of ripe red fruit, such as cherry and raspberry, along with hints of spice and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with a rich and velvety texture, and flavors of dark fruit, licorice, and oak. The tannins are well-structured and provide a good balance to the acidity of the wine.
