The Olivier Leflaive Bourgogne Aligoté 2019 is a white wine made from the Aligoté grape, which is grown in the Burgundy region of France. This wine is pale gold in color, with aromas of white flowers, green apple, and lemon zest. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, with flavors of citrus and a subtle minerality that leads to a long, clean finish.

On the nose, this wine offers aromas of ripe yellow apple, lemon zest, and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is well-balanced with a bright acidity that perfectly complements the rich flavors of orchard fruit and citrus. The finish is crisp and refreshing with a touch of minerality.

The 2018 vintage was marked by hot and dry weather, which resulted in low yields but high-quality fruit with concentrated flavors. The grapes were handpicked and sorted carefully to ensure only the best were used for the wine. The wine was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, with 20% new oak, which added complexity and richness to the wine without overpowering its fresh fruit flavors.
