Vermentino from the Guado al Tasso estate is straw yellow in color with greenish highlights. Its nose offers enticing aromatic intensity with notes of citrus fruit, white flower blossoms and tropical fruit. On the palate it’s savory with good persistence of flavors and afresh and pleasant citrusy finish.

Villa Antinori Bianco has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Intense nose: fruity aromas reminiscent of pear, peach and green apple combine with delicate sensations of orange blossom. On the palate it is soft with good freshness and a vibrant and mineral finish.

Villa Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG 2019 is a red wine from the Chianti Classico region in Tuscany, Italy. This wine is made from a blend of Sangiovese, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, which are carefully selected from the estate's vineyards. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels and then in the bottle for another 8 months before being released.

Badia a Passignano 2019 is ruby red in color. Intense on the nose with notes of ripe red fruit, liqueur cherries, and sour cherries together with citrusy hints of red oranges and delicate floral sensations of lavender. Its complex bouquet is completed by sweet notes of vanilla and pleasant spicy aromas of cloves and leather. On the palate the mouth filling entry is sustained by silky, vibrant tannins then accompany a lengthy finish, persistent and sapid, with a pleasant aftertaste of bitter cocoa and citrus.

If I had to suggest any other flavours it would be a citrus note due to the high toned lift the water expresses. There is a definite 'more-ish' quality to this quality sparkling water - the palate seeks another mouthful to continually refresh and revitalise the taste buds.

On the palate: the water has a soft feminine approach with a silken, slippery texture and a gentle crisp appeal. Very light in body with a subtle yet noticeable greywacke mineral lift. The finish: is refreshing and, like diving into a high altitude mountain lake, awakens the body, mind and palate.
