Château Cos d'Estournel is located in the Médoc appellation of Bordeaux, France, and produces the G d'Estournel Médoc wine. The 2019 vintage is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, with a deep ruby color and aromas of dark fruits, blackberry, blackcurrant, and a hint of cedar. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied, with firm tannins and a long finish. The 2019 vintage experienced ideal weather conditions, with a hot summer followed by a cooler September that allowed the grapes to reach optimal ripeness while retaining freshness and acidity.

Dandelion Vineyards Menagerie of the Barossa Grenache Shiraz Mataro 2021 is a bold and complex blend of three classic grape varieties from the Barossa wine region in South Australia. This vintage displays a deep ruby color and offers a rich bouquet of dark fruit, spice, and a hint of smokiness on the nose. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-structured, with flavors of blackberry, cherry, and plum, along with notes of vanilla and dark chocolate.
