We have teamed rich, juicy Shiraz with the savoury Sangiovese grape in this 'rogue' blend. The result is a full-bodied winter red brimming with plum, pepper and spice. Vibrant red berry fruit with attractive spice notes. The palate is full bodied with plum and pepper. The Sangiovese gives a burst of refreshing cherry fruit and a savoury finish. Spicy and elegant.

The wine is a deep ruby red color and has an intense aroma with notes of red fruit, spices, and mineral tones. On the palate, it is dry, full-bodied, and well-structured with silky tannins and a long finish.

The volcanic soil of Mount Etna gives this wine a unique character and complexity, and it is a great expression of the terroir. This wine is a good choice to pair with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or aged cheeses.
