The 2021 has elements of Alain Graillot's Crozes (peppery, fruit-forward Syrah) combined with warming, baked fruit and spice notes that transport the drinker to North Africa. You don't have to accompany it with a tagine, but your guests will probably appreciate it if you make the effort!

The wine has a deep ruby color and aromas of dark fruit such as blackberry and blackcurrant, along with hints of spices such as pepper and cinnamon. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and complex, with flavors of black fruit, licorice, and a touch of vanilla. The tannins are firm yet refined, providing structure and balance to the wine.

Dark blood red in colour with a expressive nose of ripe plums, dark berries and a hint of forest floor.

The palate is fruit-driven with a core of supple red berry and cherry flavours highlighted by smoky spice complexity.

Bright acidity and fine tannins provide definition to the long finish. 

Nose of red and purple fruit confectionery, plum, cherry, blackberries and even a note of subtle blackcurrant syrup that carry through to the palate with extra notes of plum pudding, dusty cherries, floral pipe tobacco, monte carlo biscuit and fruit leather. Rich acid length with fine, elegant structure and refined tannins. There are no hard edges, just a fine line and length that’s stylish and lingering. Age for 10 years
