Being Distillery Botanica's flagship gin, this has been created to capture as purely as possible the essence of the distillery garden in Summer.

Featuring botanical Murraya, which for many epitomises the distinctive smell of the Australian Summer garden, this gin features the fragrance of jasmine, the sweetness of honeysuckle, and the purity of orange blossom.

This Chardonnay is pale colour and bright, with a stone fruit and pear boquet on the nose. The palate is that of grilled nuts and a touch of spice with a core slatey minerality, it is a very poised wine, pure and persistant on the finish. A must try and purchase. 

Dodd's Gin is a small batch London Dry Gin crafted by The London Distillery Company in Bermondsey. 

Notes of mellow pine muddled with sweet herbs and citrus rind, opening up to earthy tones and subtle winter spice, with bergamot giving the impression of sweetness before rounding out with more orange rind, savoury herbs and a hit of numbing Sichuan pepper.
