As for the 10YO, although there is more sweetness here, the wine is still fresh and lively. This can go with richer dishes that are meat based or with sweeter dishes. Try this with cheese, fruit tarts, crème caramel, Portuguese custard tarts or tarte tartin. Brilliant amber wine with golden shades. Aromatic, revealing age, dried fruits. Medium rich, full body, complex and dried fruits.

Ageing in oak casks has given this dry wine a soft, subtle aroma. A very elegant aperitif with a brilliant fruity flavour.
