Ebony in colour with iodine highlights. The aromas are reminiscent of figs and raisins on the nose. Enormously sweet, velvety and soft on the palate, well balanced, with a very long finish.

"I think" Manzanilla En Rama is, besides a humble homage to Charles Darwin as a symbol of the triumph of reason, a true and untamed manzanilla. Bottled after barely the slightest filtration process, it retains the intense golden color and pungent character it exhibits straight from the butts where it ages under flor for about four and a half years.

The Saca de October 2014 is really impressive on the nose. Lovely balance. Limpid and salty. Really lovely and perfectly balanced. Firm and fine. Solid and salty

The palate reveals a thick, very dense wine, with penetrating roasted flavors of chocolate and tar. Very long, intense and persistent.
