A beautiful bright gold colour which will deepen with bottle age. It has wonderful tropical fruit aromas with just a hint of citrus. It is a truly harmonious wine with a delicious
lusciousness on the middle palate counterbalanced by tantalizingly complex acidity, the hallmark of botrytis wine.

Enticing pale pink in colour, our “Princess” Moscato has an equally delightful aroma redolent of freshly squeezed grapes. It has a zippy, fresh effervescent palate, finishing with a touch of delicious natural sweetness.

A deep full-bodied shiraz produced from the Mudgee region. With subtle hints of aromatic spices and a dark cherry palate. 

An earthy brown eye with a lovely rich smooth texture that has pleasant caramalised characters, integrate with fruit pudding, brandy sauce and rogee nuances. 

?Full bodied, generous, ripe, rich and soft. Showing stewed, almost candied fruit characters of blackcurrant, boysenberry, blueberries and cherry. The mid palate is spicy with black pepper and charcoal.

The finish is long, soft and clean showing a clove like recurrence and nutty backbone.

The blending of vintages allows fresh citrus characters to meld with the more complex toasted yeast characters of some older wines. The palate is long, clean and crisp with a satisfying dry finish. The aroma of citrus fruits and sherbet is balanced by some subtle complex aged yeast characters.
