Sensual, elegant mouthfeel with outstanding retention of acidity and freshness and a distinctive earthy, sappy complexity which is the terroir.
Juicy red berry fruit with earthy spice, light tannins and a smooth finish.

The wine is very concentrated with good structure, and the middle palate displaying savory, tobacco leaves and nutty flavours - a serious pinot noir for the true pinot noir fan - very limited allocation received.
Deep dark ruby in colour, with aromas of mushroom, forest floor, black forest cake, dried thyme, crushed violet and petrichor (scent of rain). The middle palate displaying savory, tobacco leaves and nutty flavours - a serious pinot noir for the true pinot noir fan.

Aromatically it leans towards morello cherry and raspberry, with rhubarb, crushed violet and a hint of forest floor sitting underneath. The palate follows the perfume closely: red berries first, then a savoury turn through blood orange and dried thyme, with a faint peppery lift.
Lovely garnet colour and a bouquet of spice and cherry characters.
Rich savoury pinot characters which will flourish with a few more years of bottle age.
Think ripe blackberry and cherry with a touch of gamy aromas.
The taste is a mix of game and delicate flowers - a very interesting mix.
And the length is great for the price.
Ripe red berries, earthy notes, and firm tannins. A youthful Nuits-Saint-Georges with aging potential.
